Designed for larger bars with many TV's, the TAP Pilot System provides complete control over all TV's in your establishment from an intuitive touch screen unit. The system uses an electronic matrix switch and a multi-function controller that automatically tunes cable and satellite boxes to reflect your selection on the Pilot. The 1.5 TB M4 video player is internet-connected, tuned via the Pilot just like other channels, and provides 4 channels of simultaneous TAP.tv programming on which your ads may run.
The user's interaction is with the Pilot, shown below left. The remaining components are placed in a equipment rack out of sight. The Pilot offers a complete channel guide, a time-savings "sports guide", and a schematic of your bar with all TV's shown. Once your programs are selected, the user simply drags the program to the TV icon where that program is to play. The hardware takes care of the rest.
Frequent screen configurations may be saved as pre-sets, taking screen set up times from hours a week to seconds.
The electronic switch is designed to be ganged, so any number of TV's and any number of tuners can be managed. Even peripherals like DVD players, jukeboxes and bar games can be integrated via TAP Pilot.
