TAP.tv hooks up to whichever TV(s) you designate, and can be installed in just 30 minutes. The unit just needs to connect to power and internet - wired or wireless is fine.

Unlike some bar systems, TAP.tv allows you to switch between cable/satellite television and TAP.tv easily, so the screen may be used as you wish. But, you'll want to tune to TAP.tv programming . . . as TAP allows your ads to run on its channels and it is illegal to modify other broadcast signals.
